As our People Technology Manager, you will be the champion of our new core HRIS Platform, spearheading its implementation and steering its daily operations. Partnering closely with the Head of People Ops & Tech, you will lead this transformative project, ensuring our HRIS aligns perfectly with our dynamic business needs and strict regulatory standards. Your role is crucial in maintaining impeccable data accuracy and revolutionising our HR processes, ultimately driving insightful HR analytics. Beyond this, you will shape the future of our People team's tooling ecosystem, becoming a trailblazer in adopting AI automation and cutting-edge tools to push the boundaries of what's possible

A day in the life:

  • Implementation and Upgrades: Lead the implementation of a new HRIS, including future modules and enhancements. Manage system upgrades, testing, and integration with other software applications and suppliers.
  • HRIS Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity.
  • Supplier Management: You will create and maintain our people tooling supplier management and partner closely with the respective business owners during renewal and procurement processes.
  • Data Integrity: Develop and enforce data quality standards. Regularly audit and clean HR data to maintain a reliable database, while ensuring the proper controls are followed to minimise risk.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Work closely with Payroll and People Analytics, supporting them with their requirements around HR reporting, dashboards, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline HR processes by identifying automation opportunities within the HRIS and wider people team systems and tools. Propose and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Training and Support: Provide HR staff and employees training on HRIS functionality and best practices. Offer technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the HRIS.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to address system-related inquiries, issues, and updates. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce data security protocols, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR.
  • Long-Term Vision: Execute the long-term vision for the People team's tooling ecosystem, focusing on innovative solutions and futureproofing our HRIS infrastructure.
  • AI and Automation: Be a key driver and adopter of AI and automation within HR processes, ensuring our systems leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

About you:

  • Proven experience as an HRIS Manager, Senior HRIS Administrator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, HiBob, etc), with the ability to configure and customise system settings.
  • Proficiency in AI and Automation tools and the broader people tech landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and make informed recommendations.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead system implementations and upgrades in an agile way.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • A good understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging AI and automation in HR processes.
  • A willingness to challenge conventional methods and seek innovative solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
