Account Executive, Zeel@Work (Workplace Wellness)

We seek a talented and highly motivated Account Executive to join our Zeel@Work sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for penetrating, developing and closing new business with small, mid-sized and Fortune 500 corporations. This is a fully remote WFH position based within the United States.

If you’re driven and commission focused, and enjoy interacting with interesting customers throughout the United States, this role is for you. A seasoned B2B sales professional who builds enduring client relationships while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue objectives, our idealAccount Executive has sold products and services, including benefits, outsourced business services and/or software to corporate clients, ideally including Human Resources, Finance and IT organizations. Solutions-oriented and a consummate relationship builder, he/she works with key client managers, negotiating business terms, and securing partnerships that are mutually beneficial to Zeel and our client.

Our ideal candidate is an incentive-driven sales “hunter” with a professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, a high sense of urgency and innate sales talent and aptitude. Qualified candidates must possess excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills and be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand new client acquisition and sales of corporate program products
  • Generate and maintain a consistent and sustainable pipeline of opportunities in assigned territory and negotiate those deals through the sales cycle to close
  • Achieve individual revenue goals/quota on a consistent quarterly and annual basis
  • Track lead generation and goal achievement
  • Command of products, industry, and competitive knowledge and trends with focus on target markets
  • Establish and maintain industry contacts/network to identify qualified leads and generate successful sales/business partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Products, etc.) to execute sales strategy
  • Interact with potential partners, industry groups, and other key external stakeholders to understand and evaluate business opportunities, and to develop, modify and execute business development activities
  • Work closely with the Zeel management team to analyze sales and financial metrics

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of solid B2B sales experience (min. 3+ years enterprise sales experience)
  • Solid understanding, capability and proven track record in direct enterprise selling to medium and large organizations, with sales cycles of 3 – 12 months
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and growing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Prior experience selling to senior HR executives, CFOs, CEOs
  • Ability to organize to a broad geographic territory, developing and executing a strategic plan with vertical focus and identification and prioritization of target accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly build and maintain a strong pipeline with a new business line & marketplace offering through prospecting / cold-calling activities and in cooperation with the marketing team
  • Must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness to customers, prospects, and internal employees
  • Organized and process-oriented in approach to territory, and prioritization of targets & tasks – must be able to manage concurrent activities across the sales cycle and multiple opportunities
  • Negotiating & Closing Skills – ability to consistently close deals through effective negotiations and deal management
  • A strong track record of beating revenue and sales goals
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • High degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong presentation skills to small and large audiences, including C-level audiences
  • Strong teamwork among peers and partners


70-100+ Commission based on experience
