Community Lead at TITLES

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for someone to lead the community development of the broader TITLES ecosystem. You’re a marketer at heart that loves connecting with people, building and executing on growth strategies, and connecting all the dots. This role is part business development, part entrepreneur, part relationship builder. You’ll be the first non-technical hire and have the opportunity to shape the direction and strategy on how communities interact with our product experience.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

Design and build the TITLES community strategy, member experience, and ties back into the core product experience.
Build the Titles community up from zero through content marketing, community development/support, and events.
Leverage our network and build strong connections with other ecosystem leaders in DAOs, NFT collections, and synergistic products.
Engage with customers through various channels (e.g. Discord, Twitter) and escalate issues appropriately to the internal team.
Stay on top of the latest Web3 trends, news, and players.

YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF:

Deeply understand the web3 ecosystem to build our community partnership strategy.
You understand how to craft strategize, develop, and execute on marketing plans.
You’re deeply empathetic, understand customer service, and see around corners.
Previous track record of building Twitter and Discord communities.

BONUS:

Active participant in DAOs (e.g. $FWB).
Participant in the Defi and NFT ecosystem.
Experience working at a startup.
