Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design in the Web3 and blockchain space. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our Marketplace, ensuring it is intuitive, visually appealing, and seamlessly integrated with blockchain technology.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, engineers, and blockchain experts to conceptualize and design innovative solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation and wireframing to prototyping, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs that reflect best practices in usability, accessibility, and aesthetics, while also leveraging the unique capabilities of blockchain technology.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience and drive product adoption.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in Web 3 and blockchain design, and advocate for their integration into our products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing user-centric digital products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Understanding of Web3 principles and familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) applications or non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
• Knowledge of smart contract development and familiarity with blockchain platforms.
• Understanding of crypto principles and secure design practices.
