The Sandbox is a metaverse, a virtual world where players can build, own and monetize their own voxel gaming experiences on the Ethereum blockchain, using NFTs and token $SAND. We are building a deeply immersive gaming virtual world metaverse where creators get the chance to make games next to gaming giants and brands such as Snoop Dogg, The Walking Dead, The Smurfs and more. The Sandbox has more than 5 million accounts created and is a leading actor in the Web3, Metaverse and blockchain gaming industries.

The Creators & Ecosystem team mission is to drive entertaining experiences, at scale empowering creators, agencies and studios of The Sandbox ecosystem. To bring our vision to life, The Sandbox is accelerating its focus on Creators through product launches, new programs, education, incentive & support.

As Creators Program Manager, you are in charge of managing the Programs aiming at helping Creators succeed in The Sandbox. You’ll work with the Creators team, Content Strategy & Ops team and the Ecosystem Partnership teams, Product owners to deepen insights, craft programs that deliver value to creators and The Sandbox for scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the Creators Program, designed to assist creators in utilizing The Sandbox products and generating content effectively
• Develop and implement the strategy and roadmap for the Program, while closely monitoring its performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with various teams, such as Product, Business, and Marketing, to execute the Program successfully
• Craft and convey compelling messages, oversee large-scale engagement communications, and initiate activities to promote product adoption
• Provide a scalable framework to regional teams for local-level implementation as necessary
• Continuously identify and assess the evolving needs of creators to refine and enhance the overall Program strategy.
• Lead the measurement and reporting of the Program's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), focusing on metrics like product adoption and creator satisfaction (NPS)

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry or User-Generated Content (UGC) platforms, including knowledge of incentive mechanisms in both web3 or web2 environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs effectively and make a significant impact
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects such as marketing, product, and data teams
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong adaptability in a dynamic environment, amidst continuous changes
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Ability to work in our Paris office 4 days per week
