The Associate Project Manager (APM) will be an entry-level member of the Center of Excellence. They will assist in the successful development and execution of qualitative projects, working closely with various teams across the company. This role will specifically support two long-term projects with enterprise tech clients.

Support Suzy Live Projects:

• Assist with internal communication across CSM & COE teams or through email.
• Help manage project details and timelines.
• Schedule and support external client calls, including kick-off calls.
• Assist with scoping and feasibility studies.
• Walk clients through the Suzy Live brief form, providing assistance as needed.
• Outline fielding requirements and support screener management.
• Program screeners and set up test interviews if necessary.
• Provide updates to clients on interview grids and participant issues.
• Support recruitment management from start to finish.
• Verify briefs and support survey/screener creation and programming.
• Re-screen respondents before sessions.
• Assist in performance tracking and complete necessary documentation to track project performance and statistics.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Entry-level position; previous internship or coursework in market research is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills, proactive thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and a positive attitude to embrace challenges.
• Highly motivated with eagerness to learn and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate efficiently with cross-functional team members.
• Strong computer software and collaboration skills are a plus.
• Understanding of qualitative research, survey methodology, and screening questionnaire design is a plus.
• Comfortable with client-facing conversations, managing expectations, and building client relationships.

• The target base compensation for this role is $76,500 - $90,000.
