About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Solutions Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of IT solutions that meet the needs of our clients and support our internal operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, software development, and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

This role is located in our San Francisco HQ office and is expected to be in five days a week.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Design and implement IT solutions that align with Raydiant’s business objectives and client needs. This includes software, hardware, network, and cloud solutions

• Lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

• Work closely with internal teams to understand our customers requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful deployment of Raydiant’s solutions

• Collaborate with external vendors and the operations team to procure necessary technology and services, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions

• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems, maintaining high levels of performance and reliability

• Work alongside the CEO and other management members to create an in-office innovation center showcasing our technologies through the lens of customer activations

• Oversee the implementation of security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on solution design and implementation

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, cloud computing, and network management

• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders

• Familiarity with security and compliance standards, such as SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO/IEC 27001

• Experience with vendor management and procurement processes

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are highly desirable

• Experience as a solutions consultant and/or sales engineer is a plus
