Pair Eyewear is seeking a Supply Planner to manage our finished goods inventory to ensure that it is planned accurately, delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate for this role will come with strong analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset and knack for being extremely detail oriented.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain an inventory model for all of our products across multiple distribution channels, ensuring that production demands are continuously met through periods of high growth and expansion
  • Support new product launches by closely monitoring inbound tracking and inventory levels to mitigate potential sales risk
  • Develop and execute safety stock strategy for our vendor partners to reduce lead times and improve customer experience
  • Work with vendor partners to provide accurate procurement forecasts and resolve supply chain bottlenecks as they arise
  • Prepare and support monthly supply plan and projected cash outlay based on inputs from demand planning and vendor partners
  • Optimize and iterate on the procurement process - taking pricing and transportation costs into account to maximize organizational buying power
  • Assist team with the implementation of a new Supply Chain Planning software

Who You Are:

  • You have high proficiency in Excel including data manipulation/organization and modeling
  • You have a strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals and processes and are comfortable working with vendors on both new launches and evergreen products
  • You are a self-starter and effective communicator, able to operate with minimal supervision
  • You are a problem solver with the ability to think both strategically and execute tactically
  • You are highly collaborative and enjoy working cross-functionally to execute strategies
  • You are a good listener and can think on your feet to provide solutions quickly and under pressure
  • You can use multiple data sources to analyze the business effectively
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced & always-changing environment
  • You are comfortable working in the grey, not everything will be black and white

Need to Have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced excel skills, and proficiency across the broader Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across multiple levels at all levels
  • Very organized and detail-oriented, which allows you to easily navigate through complex data sets and do a thorough job proofing and stress testing your work independently
  • High levels of curiosity and initiative, you want to understand how things work and take action when something prevents you from working as you should
  • Ability to juggle many different priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience within fast-paced D2C brands
  • Prior Planning software experience ( John Galt is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Looker, or other BI / visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $98,000 - $108,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
