Responsibilities:
As an API Integration Developer at Mozio, you'll play a crucial role in integrating new Transfer providers into our robust Transfers Framework. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with providers, reading their technical documentation, and establishing effective communication channels;
• Conducting thorough testing and deploying integrations to ensure seamless functionality;
• Updating integrations in response to provider or internal team requests;
• Proactively resolving integration bugs identified by monitoring tools or reported by stakeholders;
• Investigating and providing valuable insights into HTTP requests made to API providers, leveraging logs and relevant tools;
• Working closely with Mozio Supply team to optimize provider interactions;
• Delivering efficient support for production issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and following internal support processes;
• Engaging in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of support requests;
• Escalating non-support-related requests to the appropriate responsible person.

Requirements:
Hard Skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a backend developer.
• Proficiency in Python-related technologies and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of protocols, including HTTP, JSON, XML, and SOAP.
• Database experience (desirable but not mandatory).Soft Skills:
• Excellent English communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with developers from various providers.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a sharp intellect.
• Willingness to embrace potential growth opportunities, including the possibility of taking on integration lead responsibilities in the future.
• Openness to personal and professional development within our organization.
