MoneyMade's mission is to make alternative investing simple, fun and approachable. By bringing together discovery, portfolio management and community, we make it easy for investors of all experience levels to explore hundreds of alternative assets. Founded in 2020, we are a seed stage company, venture-backed by leading funds and investors in LA, NYC and SF.
Our founders are based in Los Angeles, and we're a remote-first company.

What we're looking for

Leader — Someone who has the initiative and drive to rally both internal and external stakeholders around shared, and sometimes, competing goals. This person fully understands that leading by example is far more effective than leading with a title. They will win with persuasion, not authority.
Creative — Ideas are everywhere. This person should naturally think outside the box. We're a new company in a new space, so establishing the right partnerships early will require creativity, strategy, and a relentlessness to bring their vision to life.
Organizer — Someone who understands how to align our vision and goals with a variety of partners and ecosystems. This person should help our team and partners move forward with a plethora of competing priorities
Communicator — Someone that can take complex and abstract ideas and formulate that into a clear and attractive way to establish meaningful partnerships. This person will not just be a sales person, but someone who can build a narrative that will naturally attract and excite our current and future partners.
Fintech Passion & Experience — We’re building the next generation of investment tools in the world of alternative assets. Having a passion and knowledge of the space is important to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibility: You'll have the chance to have an immensely tangible role in scaling our business. As a business development leader, you'll establish new relationships and compound our existing partnerships for both investment products and finance publishers (finance websites).

Who you are

A Partnerships leader with a minimum 7+ years of experience in partnerships or business development, with fintech experience
You’re insatiably curious with a demonstrated passion and understanding of financial markets / fintech
You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills.
You’re a self-starter with an ability to work independently and uncanny attention to detail. This is a leadership position, so you’ll have a ton of ownership and responsibility for the future of MoneyMade.
