About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst who is passionate about using data to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. This role is part of our Operations Transformation team and is focused on enhancing the performance of our contact center through data-driven insights, AI enablement, and strategic business case development.

What You'll Do

Data Analysis & Visualization

  • Use SQL to query and integrate data from multiple sources, including CRM, telephony, and operational platforms
  • Analyze performance trends, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs and transformation impacts

Strategic Initiative Support

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for new initiatives, including investments in AI and automation
  • Quantify the impact of transformation efforts, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and experience improvements for both employees and customers

AI & Technology Enablement

  • Evaluate and support the implementation of AI solutions such as chatbots, virtual agents, and predictive analytics
  • Translate operational needs into technology requirements and help assess ROI

Performance Measurement

  • Define and track success metrics for transformation initiatives
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions

About You

  • 6+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or analytics-focused role, ideally within financial services or contact center operations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience

  • Proven proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets, along with strong programming skills in Python or R

  • Deep expertise in Tableau or similar BI tools, with the ability to translate complex data and AI-driven insights into compelling business narratives

  • Experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and building business cases for technology investments, especially those involving AI/ML initiatives

  • Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen, with a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders

  • Familiarity with contact center operations and performance metrics (e.g., AHT, CSAT, NPS)

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience applying machine learning and AI techniques to solve business problems, including implementing solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies such as natural language processing, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems

  • Exposure to operations or process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

  • Knowledge of LendingClub’s products and member experience philosophy

Work Location
Lehi

The above locations are eligible offices for this role. The locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this role’s team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model, and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In-person attendance is essential for this role’s success, and remote placement will not be considered. LendingClub offers relocation, based on actual job level.

While the position will primarily work local hours, LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.

Travel Requirements
As needed travel to LendingClub offices and/or other locations, as needed.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 102,000-120,000. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClub’s Total Rewards package. You may also be eligible for long-term awards (equity) and an annual bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings).
