About the Role
By joining the Customer Experience and Member Advocacy team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop an analytical skillset and positively impact the business by identifying and correcting identified issues, preventing potential issues, and helping to shape the path of our developing member profile, including, but not limited to, identifying what data points should be managed at the member vs. account level. You will gain a much deeper insight into how the business operates, reporting logistics, borrower impacts, operational efficiency, and many other key business outcomes. The work you do will have a direct and immediate impact on thousands of customers and hundreds of your team members.What You'll Do
- Elicit business problems from the stakeholders and via member complaints (i.e. what is the question they're trying to answer? / what is the login problem they are having?)
- Build the data layer necessary to answer those business questions using reports/dashboards/member inquiry and member emulation
- Design and develop data queries that help define the scope of identified issues and suggest testing plans to pressure test potential solutions
- Work directly with Product and Engineering to pinpoint the root cause for member login and profile issues and document proven solutions
- Participate in and provide due diligence for working sessions that prescribed what is considered the ‘member profile’ vs. account level attributes
- Proactively work with Consumer Advocacy leaders to flush out the root cause of various login and profile issues
- Present insights to senior leadership teams and key business partners
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field; or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of practical analytics experience
- Strong knowledge of a scientific computing language (such as R or Python) and SQL
- Excellent proficiency in any data visualization tool (Tableau experience a strong plus)
- Familiarity with Alchemy, Member Snapshot, ability to learn new systems or tools such as Oracle CRM, Five9, Zendesk
- Ability to communicate in both written and verbal form to senior leadership - must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with peers and senior management
- You can function independently with limited supervision, actively taking ownership of key projects
- Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Work Location
Lehi
We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
