About the Role

As the Sr Workplace Services Specialist at our Lehi, UT location, you'll lead efforts to ensure our spaces are always pristine, our employees can work efficiently, and our guests have an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

  • Communication & Coordination: Maintain daily, consistent communication with the HQ team on issues, operations, project management, and team alignment through various tools such as video conference, Slack, phone, email, and Jira tickets

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all LendingClub employees and visitors, with a knack to go above and beyond expectations

  • Collaboration: Partner with the Tech Ops, Net Ops, and People Success teams to deliver technology solutions, employee amenities, benefits, accommodations, and ergonomic solutions

  • Leadership: Work closely with local executive leadership to ensure Workplace Services aligns with the goals and expectations of other business units.

  • Reception: Cover reception duties while employees are onsite, including receiving/shipping mail, checking in visitors, and creating visitor badges as necessary

  • Break Room Oversight: Manage the food and beverage program, ensuring services meet employee expectations and dietary needs. Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment and ensure janitorial staff maintain the space effectively

  • Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate with janitorial staff to keep the office clean daily and schedule deep cleans if necessary. Schedule minor repairs and maintenance of equipment and furniture, including FM200 systems, HVAC, doors, security systems, flooring, upholstery, and other miscellaneous items

  • Vendor Management: Manage outside service providers and construction trades working on-site, holding them accountable for their work

  • Ticket Response: Respond to Workplace Services Jira help tickets within predefined SLAs, prioritizing tickets based on importance. Tasks may include providing furniture, fixing equipment, hanging items, installing ergonomic equipment, and setting up for moves and events

  • Building Management: Coordinate with building management on various matters, including submitting work orders for electrical, HVAC, events, construction projects, and badging

  • Moves/Adds/Changes: Support regular employee moves and onboarding needs for new employees

  • Conference/Training Room Management: Ensure conference and training rooms are maintained and utilized efficiently

About You

  • Experience: 2+ years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience

  • Professionalism: Ability to work with colleagues and vendors in a professional and positive manner within a diverse, fast-paced environment. Must be able to build and maintain respect and unity with co-workers

  • Organization: Able to develop, maintain, and adhere to action items, responsibilities, goals, and initiatives, whether self-imposed or assigned

  • Self-Starter: Ability to Identify opportunities and take action without being prompted. Manage tasks with minimal supervision

  • Project Management: Ability to lead small projects and manage change effectively

  • Adaptability: Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to change quickly and efficiently

  • Problem-Solving: Recognize inefficiencies in systems/processes and communicate recommendations for improvements to management or senior leadership

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for documenting standardized procedures for reference

  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 40 lbs

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable with facilities management software applications or work order systems. Familiarity with Jira, SpaceIQ, and LenelS2 Security Systems is a plus

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
