About the Role

LendingClub Bank's 1st Line Decision Science group is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to fill the role of Sr Analyst, Fair Lending Analytics. Reporting to the Director of Fair Lending Analytics, you will support the Bank’s Fair Lending 1st Line Disparate Impact (DI) Testing Program and assist in developing and implementing a fair lending 1st line monitoring program. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all fair lending laws and regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Perform quantitative analysis to support the Fair Lending 1st Line DI Testing Program
  • Assist in implementing fair lending monitoring processes to periodically assess DI exposure
  • Prepare reports on fair lending testing results for management review
  • Collaborate with the Fair Lending team to ensure adherence to all fair lending laws, regulations, and guidance
  • Collect and analyze data relevant to fair lending compliance efforts
  • Assist in preparing materials for regulatory exams and internal audits
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments affecting fair lending compliance

About You

  • 2+ years in consumer banking, compliance, risk analytics, or a related field; fintech experience is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with quantitative analysis and data pipelines; proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, SQL, or SAS
  • Proven ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience

Work Location
Lehi

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Primarily MT
