About the Role
Lending Club is looking to hire a Member Support Associate to be a part of the Auto Operations Team. We are looking for experienced candidates with a passion and commitment to achieving operational excellence. An MS Associate will conduct a variety of business to business phone calls with optimal turn-around time to maximize back-end conversion.What You'll Do
- Execute business to business calls in fast past environment
- Interact with lien holders, insurance companies, and stated places of employment
- Accurate and Concise notations
- High-level communication with Auto Credit team and leadership
- Exhibit professional behavior during all interactions
- Ability to meet and exceed outlined KPI’s
- Identify and report system bugs in a timely manner
- Uphold compliance, regulatory, and QA standards
About You
- Candidate with 1+ years of experience in call center environment
- High attention to detail required
- History of solid performance in meeting metric goals. For internal candidates, metrics include quality assurance scores with minimal or no auto fails
- Demonstrates leadership qualities of: driving performance, increasing accountability for individuals and teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills required
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team; effectively and efficiently
- A track record of exceptional attendance and punctuality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
