Administrative Coordinator

Latch is looking for an extraordinarily talented Administrative Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our office and provide executive assistance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained and orders are placed as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance services and manage service contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with physical mail distribution and coordination.
  • Manage calendars for up to three executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and handling expense reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
