What you will do

 

We are looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst with 2-3 years’ experience. You will be a part of dynamic and energetic team that directly impacts and engages all areas of the business. We’re looking for a motivated professional who wants to be part of a collaborative, hands-on team who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and will provide smart and strategic input as we launch new products and services. As a member of the compliance team, you will closely interact with other stakeholders in the company such as the operations team.

 

Qualifications  

●       Bachelor’s degree is required;

●       A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in consumer lending for a financial institution, bank, or online

lender

●       Knowledge and understanding of regulations such as ECOA, Fair Lending, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, and other

industry regulations;

●       Testing and monitoring experience a plus;

●       Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions;

●       Excellent communication and organizational skills;

●       Multi-tasker with the ability to work independently but also as a team player;

●       Ability to work under pressure and deadlines; and

●       Attention to detail is a must.

This position will be based in our New York city office. The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $100,000. The actual base salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill level.
