The successful candidate will be well-versed in marketing campaign management, content marketing, email and digital campaigns, and programs in service of accelerating pipeline and revenue growth, as well as supporting client retention and satisfaction. Additionally, you are a natural communicator and storyteller, and operate with measurable impact and results at the forefront of everything you do.
This is a remote position based in Tennessee, but you will be expected to manage projects across time zones.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that both support revenue-generation functions and further product/service penetration in the marketplace, including but not limited to all marketing activities and demand generation
Create new marketing assets such as blog articles, infographics, presentations, social media and web content, email copy, videos and advertisements that target an array of customer types/personas
Develop vertical and audience-specific marketing plans, and further the programmatic infrastructure, including the editorial calendar, email marketing flows, nurture campaigns, lead generation/management, etc.
Support event planning and event execution as well as in-person and virtual client programming.
Work directly with other marketing and sales team members to ensure that event, partnership, and social media marketing efforts are strategically aligned to corporate and campaign goals.
Define and execute against an always-on digital strategy which leverages email, SEO, SEM, advertising, content syndication and paid social.
Align closely with inside and field sales while continually measuring, optimizing, and reporting out on campaign efforts to demonstrate material contribution to global pipeline generation
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
Experience working with Salesforce and Marketo
Strong understanding of persona marketing, audience segmentation, and content mapping to the buyer’s journey
A metrics-driven, analytical approach with a focus on outcome and impact
Ability to work creatively within a corporate brand identity and follow a style guide
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
