We are seeking an experienced, resourceful Maintenance Technician who can make an impact on day one. You will be integral to the success of the company as you sustain our equipment in the field, help our engineering team to develop designs that are simple, robust, and serviceable.

In the Maintenance Technician role, you will be handling multiple, concurrent tasks as we build out our technology and bring it to the field. You will participate in product design, equipment design, system architecture, and field deployment. You will build out our maintenance operating system founded on condition-based maintenance principles, infused with a precision-focused culture that uses extensive data collection, analytics, and history to drive optimization and improvement on a daily basis.

Work will focus on sustaining all manner of equipment, robots, and tooling that remove the dull, dirty, and dangerous from construction, allowing craftspeople to focus on the dexterous and decision-making aspect of home building.
