Under the general guidance of the Director of New Development Southeast, this position is responsible for collecting and analyzing residential for-sale and for-rent real estate data in various markets, as well as generating pricing recommendations for new construction developments. The Research Analyst will curate and maintain a residential transaction database in service of producing and updating various market reports required to maintain existing clients as well as gain new business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collect and analyze real estate data (both new construction and resales) to inform existing clients on pertinent market data and trends, as well as for new business development efforts. These reports include, but are not limited to:

    • Recurring market update reports for developer clients

    • Pipeline reports focused on upcoming supply in key markets

    • Ongoing tracking of New Development activity in markets of interest

    • General presentation and understanding of trends and market specific nuances

    • Pricing Models

    • Custom Market Reports

    • New Business Presentations

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS degree required

  • One to three years experience in research / analytics related field strongly recommended

  • Strong research, writing and verbal communication skills

  • Mastery of MS Office Suite

  • Extensive Excel and database management

  • Experience with Tableau desired but not required

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines

  • Team spirit and initiative

  • Flexible and responsible.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
