In this role as an Associate Manager on the Agent Experience team at Compass, you will manage our Agent Experience Managers in Northern New England and oversee the day-to-day operations at the Marblehead office. As a leader, you'll drive a collaborative team to provide exceptional support to agents. Your role requires close coordination with sales managers, marketing strategists, product engineers, and real estate experts. Together, you'll address agent feedback and develop innovative solutions. Additionally, your responsibilities at the Marblehead office include handling check deposits, inventory, mail, and facilities coordination. This position is based in Marblehead for four days a week, with one day spent visiting other offices in Northern New England.

At Compass You Will:

Manager Responsibilities (70% of time)

  • Lead and coach a team of Agent Experience Managers & Coordinators across multiple offices including Lexington, Concord, Winchester, Andover, and Portsmouth NH. Handle prioritization of projects, onboarding, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Associate Managers to enhance the overall agent experience team’s success.
  • Serve as the escalation point for office management needs and support Agent Experience Coordinators at front desks.
  • Oversee the adoption of Compass products and programs, adjusting regional plans as needed.
  • Ensure your team meets all OCRs & KPIs.
  • Develop and manage operational processes from start to implementation, ensuring ongoing efficiency.
  • Guarantee exceptional marketing support and adequate training for Agent Experience Managers.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with agents, acting as both a point of escalation and a collaborative partner.
  • Champion a positive workplace culture, inspiring change and empowerment. Drive change management in collaboration with various departments.
  • Conduct meaningful one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
  • Guide direct reports in problem-solving and support strategies.
  • Work with other managers to foster team culture and connectivity.
  • Manage team performance effectively.

Marblehead Office Responsibilities (30% of time)

  • Welcome customers and guests as Compass's representative, coordinate in-office events, and provide first-line support for administrative needs, including office organization, supply inventory, and facilities issues.
  • Answer quick customer inquiries and handle check deposits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Marblehead Office Agents.
  • Support Marblehead agents alongside the 'North Pod' to enhance their experience.
  • Manage front desk duties, office appearance, and inventory.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
