Lead Product Designer / Head of Product Design - Coa

This role is for you if you’re excited to design & define a new category for proactive mental health.

Mission

We are building the mental health experience the 21st century needs by making emotional fitness an every day practice.
Over 80% of people will experience a mental health challenge in their lifetime, so why is accessing help still so stigmatized and archaic?
We are Coa: a first-of-its-kind gym for mental health. Our therapist-led emotional fitness classes & tools help people learn the skills for ongoing, proactive mental & emotional health.
Coa was co-founded by Alexa Meyer and Dr. Emily Anhalt, who met on Twitter in 2018 and were united by their vision to make mental fitness as proactive as physical fitness. Coa is backed by investors like NBA player Kevin Love, Casper founder Neil Parikh, Crosslink Ventures, and others.
Since 2021, Coa has worked to bring emotional fitness training to consumers & employers like NBC, Skillshare, LogDNA, Salesforce, Qualtrics, among several others.
