The role you’ll play
You’ll be part of the team responsible for delivering accurate, insightful, and high-visibility reporting that supports our Executive Leadership Team and Board. This role offers an opportunity to build foundational finance skills and grow into forecasting and modeling responsibilities over time.
- Create and maintain recurring reporting for executive pacing updates, Monthly Business Reviews, and Board materials.
- Pull and transform data using SQL, Tableau, and Looker to support decision-making.
- Improve and maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and models with an eye for clarity and consistency.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure outputs are polished and presentation-ready.
- Collaborate across FP&A and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver accurate insights.
- Contribute to ad hoc data requests and reporting needs as they arise.
- Continuously look for ways to enhance reporting efficiency and usability.
The experience you bring
- SQL proficiency—you know how to extract, clean, and validate data confidently.
- 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or FP&A (internships count).
- Strong attention to detail with a natural sense of ownership and accountability.
- A proactive and flexible mindset—you adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic remote environment.
- Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
- Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; able to synthesize data into compelling visual outputs.
- Curiosity and drive to learn new tools and financial concepts.
- Bonus: familiarity with financial reporting cycles, ERP systems, or tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
