The Role You’ll Play:
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and lead our EA team. This is not your typical assistant role—this is a strategic, high-impact position at the center of our executive operations. You’ll be a trusted partner, a master of orchestration, and a cultural ambassador, helping drive clarity, connection, and momentum across the company
Be the CEO’s right hand—managing complex calendars, travel, and communications with precision, speed, and discretion
Act as a strategic gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO’s time is aligned with top priorities and high-leverage opportunities
Lead and mentor a team of Executive Assistants, fostering collaboration, consistency, and excellence across the function
Own logistics for board meetings, investor relations, and executive team communications
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for high-stakes meetings and events
Handle confidential personal matters with professionalism and care, including travel, scheduling, and vendor coordination
Build strong relationships across the org and with external partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives, representing the CEO with polish and warmth
Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and keep everything running smoothly-even in moments of ambiguity or change
Champion our culture and values, helping create a connected, inclusive, and high-performing executive environment
Experience You Bring:
10+ years of experience supporting CEO in a public company, preferably in a high-growth tech environment
5+ years of being a Lead/Mentor to Executive Assistants
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Discreet and emotionally intelligent—you know how to handle sensitive information and complex dynamics
A clear communicator with excellent writing skills and a proactive, resourceful mindset
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and fluent in tools like Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms. Bonus points for SharePoint, Ramp, and Coupa
Service-oriented, mission-driven, and committed to excellence in everything you do
