About the Company:

At Playlist, life's richest moments happen when people step away from screens to move, connect, explore, and play. We're building the definitive platform for intentional living, connecting people with inspiring experiences in fitness, wellness, and beyond. With popular brands like Mindbody and ClassPass, Playlist empowers businesses and individuals, making it effortless for aspirations to become actions. Join us in reshaping technology's role to foster meaningful, real-world connections.

The Role You’ll Play

You’ll lead the charge in bringing Playlist's in-person and virtual events to life—designing memorable experiences that inspire connection, foster culture, and support our people-first mission. From regional offsites to global gatherings, you’ll own the full event lifecycle, making every detail count and every moment matter. With a strong operational mindset and creative edge, you’ll help shape how our teams come together, collaborate, and thrive.

  • Lead planning, production, and execution of both in-person and virtual large-scale events (200+ attendees), from kickoff to post-event wrap

  • Build and manage detailed event work plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure high-quality experiences delivered on time and within budget

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align event goals with company objectives and team strategies

  • Own vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating terms, and managing deliverables with precision

  • Develop and maintain a playbook of best practices and resources to empower teams with scalable, repeatable event support

  • Set and track event KPIs to measure impact, optimize performance, and fuel continuous improvement

  • Coordinate on-site logistics and troubleshoot in real time to keep every experience smooth and on-brand

  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop event materials and ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand
