The Role You’ll Play:

You’ll lead a high-performing team within our global Corporate Sales org, helping companies everywhere tap into the power of wellness with ClassPass. As a player-coach, you’ll raise the bar for performance, inspiring your team with sharp sales instincts, meaningful mentorship, and contagious energy. You know how to build culture, rally behind a shared vision, and turn strategy into results.

  • Lead and coach a Corporate Sales team to consistently exceed monthly targets across key territories
  • Set the standard for strategic outreach and complex negotiations with HR and benefits leaders
  • Use data to spotlight growth opportunities, guide decisions, and fuel team momentum
  • Collaborate across departments to remove blockers and keep deals moving
  • Represent ClassPass at events and conferences, making our presence known and our impact felt
  • Mentor your team through hiring, onboarding, development, and performance conversations
  • Build scalable training and resources that empower new hires and seasoned sellers alike
  • Partner closely with Corporate Account Managers to ensure seamless onboarding for every client

Experience You Bring:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales success, including experience selling to HR or within employee benefits
  • Proven leadership of high-performing sales teams, with a coaching style that motivates and uplifts
  • High standards for performance with organizational skills to match
  • Resilience in fast-paced environments and a growth mindset rooted in feedback
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce reporting and CRM best practices
  • Comfortable with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and energized by change

*Please note, ideally this person would be located near London, and be willing to be in office 1-3 times per month with the team.*
