The Role You’ll Play:
As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Project Management, you’ll lead a team of driven Project Managers and guide a high-impact portfolio of strategic initiatives across the Go-To-Market landscape. You’re the connective tissue across departments, ensuring alignment, focus, and momentum as we scale.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team. You’ll manage, mentor, and grow a team of 4+ Project Managers - cultivating a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous growth.
- Own the full project portfolio. From intake to execution, you’ll govern our strategic initiatives across Revenue Acceleration - prioritizing what matters most and ensuring the right talent is on the right projects at the right time.
- Lead from the front. For our most complex, cross-functional, or executive-priority projects, you won’t just advise—you’ll dive in, drive the work, and deliver results.
- Build strong, strategic partnerships. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and Systems to keep everyone aligned, informed, and moving forward together.
- Drive operational excellence. You’ll define how we work - building and enforcing delivery standards, intake workflows, and reporting best practices to increase consistency and clarity.
- Champion agility. You’ll break big ideas into meaningful milestones, balancing structure with speed in a fast-moving environment that rewards quick wins and smart pivots.
- Tell the story of impact. You’ll own how we measure and communicate success - shaping KPIs, executive reporting, and storytelling that showcases progress and value.
Experience You Bring:
- Proven people leadership. You’ve led teams for 3+ years and have 7+ years of program or project leadership within Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Enablement.
- Portfolio mastery. You’ve successfully managed 15–25 simultaneous projects of varying scope and complexity, using frameworks that keep teams and stakeholders in sync.
- Go-to-market fluency. You understand how to partner with Sales and GTM leaders to turn strategic goals into executable roadmaps and operational wins.
- Tech-savvy with sales systems. You’re comfortable working across Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and LeanData—and aligning initiatives with evolving platform capabilities.
- Confident communicator. You engage comfortably at the VP+ level, translating nuanced workstreams into clear updates, roadmaps, and recommendations.
- B2B SaaS perspective.Ideally, you’ve operated in a recurring revenue model and know what it takes to support growth in a fast-moving, sales-led business.
- Process-focused, results-driven.You’ve built and scaled project processes that work, drawing on Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods to fit the challenge at hand.
