About the Role

As our Associate Media Sales Planner, you will oversee the sales proposal process with our prospective clients and help scale Chicory’s technology platform. You will be a crucial member of our Sales team, developing client-facing assets and strategizing on creative ways to build media plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to uncover insights and build best in class digital media campaign proposals. If you're excited about delving into the adtech industry, leveraging data to craft compelling narratives that drive tangible outcomes, and are genuinely enthusiastic about enhancing the client experience, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the full Chicory solution set, Chicory reporting, and 3rd party measurement capabilities
  • Develop all proposal-related, pre-sale, customer-facing materials for sellers, including proposal decks, media plans, agency media plans, 2 sheets, and targeting slides
  • Conduct internal feasibility requests, including targeting and pricing/margins
  • Own 3rd party measurement feasibility requests and negotiate pre-sale opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams on campaign wrap-up and go-forward slides
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop custom assets builds for proposals
  • Lead ad hoc projects for the Sales team, including compiling decks and filling out agency RFIs
  • Utilize Trello to ensure submissions are captured accurately and moved through the project phases to completion
  • Build upon team and company culture and act as a champion of the Chicory Principles

Qualifications

  • Experience in a digital media buying or planning environment, including an internship
  • Ability to understand the digital landscape and convey our solutions in an easy-to-understand way
  • Adaptable mindset, recognizing the dynamic nature of the business and the need for reprioritization as needed
  • Proven ability to work towards deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Location: New York/Hybrid
