Position Overview:
As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth for Arrive. Leveraging your expertise in marketing and brand management, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns. With your strategic mindset, creativity, and data-driven approach, you will play a critical role in positioning Arrive as a leader in the recommerce industry and driving the company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and partner success, to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate Arrive's value proposition and drive leads and engagement.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Manage the planning and execution of marketing activities, including email marketing, sales materials, website, search engine optimization, content marketing, case studies, search engine marketing social media advertising, and display advertising.
- Lead all PR outreach and communications to to secure coverage and increase visibility of the company
- Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and inform decision-making.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on marketing investments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously innovate marketing strategies and tactics.
- Support the company in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness, expand the professional network, and identify partnership opportunities, and support the company to drive thought leadership and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as Director of Marketing or similar.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and analytically, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the enterprise b2b, ecommerce, retail and logistics industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
