Job Summary:
We're looking for a data-driven Growth Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive user growth, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, a passion for experimentation, and excellent communication skills. As a Growth Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and optimize marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and create targeted marketing campaigns to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to launch and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Design and execute testing and experimentation to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key marketing metrics, including user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI
  • Communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and sales teams

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong background in marketing analytics, including data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong understanding of the web3 industry
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with data visualization tools
