Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll be the “front line”, delivering the highest level of service to our sellers and buyers, making sure transactions happen smoothly and inventory is delivered effectively.
- Proactively and quickly work to resolve issues when they arise throughout the lifecycle of a transaction including clearly communicating with sellers and buyers and providing swift resolution to challenges
- Your team will:
- Timely onboard new sellers and new buyers by gathering all the needed information
- Leverage internal tools to process inventory data and distribute it to potential buyers
- Seamlessly coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with internal and external partners
- Execute the end-to-end movement of freight shipments from our sellers to buyers
- Coordinate site visits to inspect and/or catalog inventory where required
- Ensure that the customer experience team is meeting its objectives through solid project management, follow-up and task management and assignment.
- Monitor and update operational systems and procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Assist in preparing data, reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting new approaches to streamline operations.
