About the role

Dame is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager who connects the dots between numbers, operations, and technology. This person will lead forecasting, budgeting, and Budget vs Actual (BvA) reporting; oversee accounting and bookkeeping; manage a supply chain/inventory teammate; and leverage AI + BI tools to deliver faster insights and smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning cycles: annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and BvA analysis
  • Oversee accounting/bookkeeping with accuracy and compliance (systems used: Xero + cin 7)
  • Manage the supply chain/inventory teammate to optimize stock levels and cash flow
  • Implement and maintain AI + BI tools to speed up analysis and improve decision-making
  • Integrate finance & operations systems for efficiency (ERP, accounting software, dashboards)
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership for strategic planning

Requirements

  • 5+ years in finance, operations, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Xero or QuickBooks and an ERP platform (company uses Cin7)
  • Excited about AI and how it can transform finance & operations workflows
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex data for decision-makers

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in a fast-scaling or product-based business
  • Familiarity with supply chain management systems and process optimization
  • Exposure to automation and AI adoption projects
