About our client

Iverson is a creative and technology partner to ambitious companies. They help businesses identify opportunities and solve their most pressing problems. Thumb-stopping campaigns, brand formation, and world-class interface design are just a few ways they drive impact.

Iverson is looking for a high-agency Ops & Program Manager who is obsessed with keeping things organized, on time, and running smoothly. This person is the connective tissue between leadership, clients, and creative teams, ensuring every engagement is delivered with precision. They are a systems-thinker who builds processes that scale, eliminates inefficiencies, and creates the operational clarity that allows Iverson’s creatives to perform at their highest level.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Build and maintain streamlined internal systems for program management, project tracking, account health, and reporting
  • Document and enforce operational processes and SOPs that creative teams will actually use
  • Partner with leadership to support project resourcing, scope tracking, and budget management across Iverson’s accounts

Project Management

  • Own project logistics from kickoff to delivery: timelines, budgets, and deliverable coordination
  • Ensure every key account has clear, consistent project coverage
  • Keep clients informed, supported, and confident in delivery
  • Assist in building a culture of proactive, clear communication
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and improvements before they surface

Risk & Issue Management

  • Anticipate roadblocks before they happen and take decisive action to resolve them
  • Ensure leadership has real-time visibility into project health, budgets, and risks

Collaboration

  • Facilitate productive, action-oriented meetings with clear next steps and accountability
  • Ensure client and creative teams are aligned on process decision-making, while owning operational follow-through
  • Oversee client communications for key accounts and ensure all other project communications are routed through the designated DRI

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience: Deep experience in program management or operations, ideally in a design or creative agency
  • Systems Thinker: Able to see the big picture and build processes that scale. Anticipates dependencies, creates repeatable workflows, and continually refines how work gets done
  • Organization & Detail: Extreme attention to detail, with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Multitasking Mastery: Proven ability to run multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
  • Communication: Clear, confident, and empathetic in both written and verbal exchanges
  • Tool Proficiency: Comfortable with project management platforms (Asana, Notion, Airtable), Figma, and Google Workspace
  • Workflow Understanding: Familiarity with creative production pipelines (design, video, web)
  • Ownership Mentality: Proactive, resourceful, and relentless in seeing work through to completion
  • AI & Process Optimization: Passionate about AI and emerging technologies, proactively exploring ways to streamline work
  • Sense of Humor: A lighthearted, positive attitude that contributes to a culture of fun and creativity. Knows when to take things seriously and when to inject levity
  • “That Dog”: Hungry, relentless, and always looking to level up. Willing to work nights and weekends when the need arises

Why Join Iverson?

  • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the United States. The culture is built to support remote-first collaboration and flexibility
  • Flexibility: Unlimited time off and autonomy to structure workdays in the way that suits best
  • Growth-Oriented: Commitment to helping team members grow personally and professionally through ongoing learning opportunities and meaningful challenges
  • Creative Environment: Be part of a team that celebrates design, innovation, and a playful approach to solving problems
  • Health & Financial Benefits (upon transition to full-time): Comprehensive health coverage and a 401(k) plan with matching

Compensation:
