A Talent Agent Assistant at Gersh supports high-volume desks, interfaces with key industry professionals, and plays a crucial role in day-to-day operations. This opportunity is best suited for candidates who are motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to grow within the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting a Talent Agent and managing a high-volume desk
  • Rolling calls, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Generating and tracking submissions and auditions
  • Communicating with casting directors, managers, and publicists
  • Preparing expense reports and handling travel arrangements
  • Drafting professional correspondence and managing materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the entertainment industry (talent agency/management experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated interest in a career as a talent agent
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to make a 1.5-2-year commitment in the role

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $21/hour
