At Outmarket, the team is reimagining how commercial insurance runs. Their AI-powered platform empowers brokers, MGAs, wholesalers, and carriers to extract insights, automate workflows, and drive growth using their own data.

They’ve already landed early customers, assembled a world-class team from Uber, Meta, IBM, and Adobe, and are scaling fast. They are now hiring a Founding Head of Marketing/Growth—a strategic leader who can craft a category-defining narrative, build demand from the ground up, and drive results with urgency and creativity.

Why This Role Is a Rare Opportunity

  • Work directly with the Founder & CEO (ex-Uber, Meta, Ethos) and Co-Founder & CTO (ex-Meta, Ethos, IBM Watson)
  • Define and execute marketing from zero to one across brand, demand gen, product marketing, and growth
  • Build the playbook that drives the next stage of revenue and product adoption
  • Get in early at a company backed by strong customer traction and industry pull
  • Market a product that actually delivers—already driving results at some of the top agencies in the country

What You’ll Do

  • Own messaging, positioning, and the overall story of Outmarket
  • Create and execute campaigns across paid, organic, outbound, events, and partner channels
  • Build top-of-funnel demand through content, webinars, events, and strategic launches
  • Partner with sales to drive pipeline velocity and support enablement
  • Create product marketing assets, case studies, landing pages, and more
  • Define metrics, optimize channels, and test growth ideas across the funnel

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing or growth experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech
  • Proven ability to go from zero to scale—content, demand gen, brand, and growth loops
  • Strong storytelling and positioning instincts—you know how to stand out
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy and a willingness to execute
  • Experience partnering with sales, product, and founders in early-stage environments

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience marketing to insurance brokers, MGAs, carriers, or wholesalers
  • Background in PLG, community, or ecosystem-driven growth
  • Comfort with modern tools: HubSpot, Framer, LinkedIn Ads, Clay, etc.
