Job Overview:
Our client, Iverson, is seeking a skilled mid-level Front-End React Developer with a strong focus on craft and polish to work with a remote team on a contract basis. This person will build and deliver high-quality code, transforming designs into pixel-perfect, performant, and accessible front-end solutions. Collaborating with talented designers, they will ensure exceptional user experiences with meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable, reusable, and high-quality components using React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Implement pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UI/UX designs with a focus on high craft and polish.
- Optimize components for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
- Debug and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges efficiently.
- Contribute to improving development processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 2 years focused on React and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven ability to build responsive, accessible, and visually polished web applications and/or components.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, or Create React App).
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience implementing designs from Figma.
- Exceptional attention to detail in both code and visual output.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
