About our client
heyLibby is a seed-stage startup on a mission to give every small-to-midsize fitness and wellness business a world-class AI team member. The company was co-founded by Spencer Rascoff, the former CEO of Zillow and current CEO of Match Group. heyLibby’s AI works seamlessly across phone, email, text, and chat to help businesses manage their communications efficiently. The team moves fast, prioritizes impact, and works closely with top industry experts.
They ship fast, learn fast, and measure themselves by the tangible impact they deliver to customers.
About the role
heyLibby is looking for a curious, driven, and technically-minded Product Manager to help shape, build, and support the heyLibby platform. This is a true startup role: high ownership, fast feedback loops, and lots of hats. The Product Manager will help define what the team builds, design how it works, and work closely with engineering to ship quickly. They will also stay close to customers, helping troubleshoot issues and turning real-world feedback into product improvements. The scope is broad—they will have real influence over the roadmap, and the chance to grow across product, ops, customer experience, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
Product Ownership & Roadmapping
- Prioritize what the team builds next, based on user feedback and company goals
- Collaborate with founders, engineers, and sales to shape the roadmap
- Define clear, actionable product requirements that balance speed and quality
- Work with developers to bring features to life, guiding both behavior and UX along the way
UX & Prototyping
- Design new features using tools like V0, Lovable, or just rough wireframes
- Ensure the features defined make sense within the overall platform
- Continuously simplify and improve the user journey
QA & Testing
- Own UAT: test features in staging, find edge cases, and make sure nothing slips through
- Troubleshoot issues using tools like Postman and MySQL (writing basic SQL queries is expected)
- Work closely with engineers to provide clear, actionable feedback throughout the build process
Customer & Partner Experience
- Support customers and partners via Slack, email, and video when needed
- Troubleshoot product issues, triage bugs, and communicate fixes to engineering
- Use customer conversations to surface themes and insights that shape the roadmap
- Maintain support docs and help resources to keep the team and users unblocked
What They’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in a tech or product role; bonus if that’s been at a start-up
- Scrappy, curious, and proactive; loves generating ideas and solving problems, whether that’s simplifying a customer workflow, reducing internal manual work, or improving a confusing user flow
- Technical enough to write simple SQL queries, understand how APIs work, and talk through concepts like POST/PUT/GET
- Comfortable using (or quickly learning) tools like Postman, Figma, Jira/Linear, HubSpot, etc.
- Excited by the idea of wearing many hats and having a tangible impact
How They Work & What You Get
- Competitive Comp – $115,000 to $135,000 + equity
- Health Coverage – Full medical, dental, and vision benefits offered
- Discretionary Time Off – Trust-based approach to work-life balance
- Workspace Setup Support – All the gear needed to be productive is covered
- Velocity – Weekly releases, minimal ceremony, rapid experimentation
- Impact – Decisions made will be on the critical path for every customer interaction
- Flexible, People-First Culture – A hard-working team that also protects family and personal time
