About our client

Zero Longevity Science is the world's leading fasting app, with over 10 million users on a journey toward better metabolic health. The company is now building a powerful new AI-forward product that lives alongside Zero—and is looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to help bring it to life.

Zero has a massive audience and a trusted brand. With this new product, the company is entering an exciting next chapter—where AI, coaching, and metabolic health intersect. This is a high-impact, part-time contract role (40 hrs/week) that places the selected candidate at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth. The role will involve partnering directly with the CEO and a small but mighty team to shape and lead go-to-market efforts for the upcoming launch—while also supporting core marketing activities across the existing Zero product.

Abou the role

🚀 New Product (AI-forward health product)

  • Own go-to-market strategy for a brand-new product, from beta to public launch
  • Build and execute a plan to reach the first 1,000 paying users
  • Activate and convert the existing Zero audience into early adopters
  • Create or coordinate App Store creative assets, marketing materials, and launch content
  • Collaborate on partnership strategy and execution

📱 Zero App & General Marketing

  • Manage social media channels and community engagement
  • Oversee ASO efforts and maintain App Store Connect assets
  • Own performance reporting across both Zero and the new product (Amplitude, Braze, internal dashboards)
  • Develop and drive a comms strategy for the Chief Medical Officer (LinkedIn, podcasts, speaking)
  • Manage contractor specialists, including the Braze implementation partner and social media contractor
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including design and engineering to ensure alignment and execution

What the Company Is Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer tech marketing
  • Deep experience with consumer SaaS (ideally health/wellness)
  • Track record of building and executing GTM plans for digital products
  • Active use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to scale output, problem solve, create content, learn new skills, and operate with leverage
  • Hands-on with platforms like Braze, Amplitude, Apple App Store Connect/Google Play Store, and social tools
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and shifting gears across priorities
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally as well as bringing on high performance contractors/vendors to help scale priority activities when needed
  • Analytical thinker with a bias toward action and iteration
  • Bonus: experience working on early-stage product launches and a passion for building 0→1

Contract Particulars

The company is seeking someone who can work 40 hours a week for a 3-month contract, with potential to extend beyond that. Zero is a fully distributed company with team members primarily in North America. The selected candidate will have flexibility over where and when to work, though must be consistently available to attend meetings and collaborate during the workday with West Coast team members.

Salary Info: $65-$70/hour
