About The Opportunity

Robeson Parks is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a passion for digital marketing, and a proven track record of driving conversions through strategic paid media efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other digital channels
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Provide consultation on organic assets for boosting/paid support
  • Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies for precise targeting and remarketing efforts
  • Implement and evaluate A/B tests to improve ad copy, creative performance, and conversion rates
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance while minimizing costs
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising
  • Generate and present detailed reports on key performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns
  • Demonstratable experience with paid media trends/strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Job Details

  • Pay: Hourly ($30-$50/hr) or Project-Based
