As a Physician, the selected candidate will build meaningful relationships and deliver exceptional care navigation to clients. This role involves close collaboration with the healthcare team to guide patients toward their health goals and ensure superior outcomes. The Physician will play a pivotal role in developing the patient care program, effectively serving a diverse and vulnerable population. This is a fully remote position, operating via telehealth, with a focus on clients in California, Texas, and Florida.

What You Bring To The Table

• Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine, with a strong interest in geriatrics.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience or recent completion of a gerontology fellowship.
• Licensure in California, Texas, and Florida, with a willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.
• Valid DEA certification.
• Strong clinical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high standards in communication and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening and empathy in every client interaction.
• Comfort in working with elderly clients and addressing social determinants of health.
• Technological savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and software.
• A proactive, action-oriented mindset. You are dedicated to improving healthcare systems and are eager to share feedback.
• Adaptability to change, with a proven record of success in fast-paced, dynamic environments such as startups.

What Our Client Offers

• Competitive pay: $80-$120/hour

• Flexible schedule: 20-50 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday, with some weekend availability as needed
