The Opportunity

Capsule is seeking a Partnerships Account Manager to ensure that doctors and other healthcare providers achieve success with its products. This role involves direct engagement with partners, understanding their needs, and ensuring that Capsule’s solutions deliver exceptional value.

The Partnerships Account Manager will work collaboratively with sales and product teams, overseeing implementation and long-term account management to drive partner success and retention.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a structured approach to implementation, and an ability to anticipate partners' needs. They should also have a low-ego mindset, be willing to roll up their sleeves, and take full ownership of tasks, regardless of size or scope.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure that Capsule’s solution delivers exceptional value aligned with the partners' specific needs and workflows.
  • Translate requirements into clear and comprehensive project plans, aligning all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Configure partners' product and operational implementation while working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with all relevant external stakeholders to equip them for success on the platform through regular progress check-ins and training.
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to align partnership needs with Capsule’s technology and capabilities, identifying opportunities to enhance existing products and services or potentially build new features.
  • Develop strong relationships with practice partners, serving as the go-to contact for questions, escalations, improvements, and ongoing feedback.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate metrics for partnerships, ensuring strong performance and identifying areas for improvement through quantitative and qualitative data.

About You

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a professional services or consulting role in a client-facing capacity.
  • Experience working in a startup environment or a strong desire to do so.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a competitive drive to succeed and a passion for understanding client wants and needs.
  • Ability to combine qualitative inputs and quantitative analysis to drive recommendations.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A results-driven approach that uplifts the team while achieving ambitious objectives.
  • A strong work ethic with a focus on collaboration, success, and enjoyment of the journey.
