The Opportunity

HopSkipDrive is seeking a someone to join their CareDriver Operations Team who is detail-oriented, patient, and process-driven. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, appreciates consistency, and understands the broader mission of providing safe mobility options for children. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for building and scaling high-performing distributed teams.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong work ethic, passion for the brand’s mission, and a get-things-done attitude. This individual will work on the front lines to maintain a healthy marketplace, ensuring compliance across multiple markets and fostering one of the most productive and caring driver communities in the world.

This is an entry-level position. They are open to candidates of all backgrounds, and will provide training to complete required tasks and to use their proprietary tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide CareDrivers through the certification process and evaluate their fit for the platform.
  • Maintain persistent but professional follow-ups with applicants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Work towards hitting supply targets and expanding the driver network.
  • Manage multiple tasks and software systems with efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively internally and with applicants.
  • Work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively, reporting trends to management.
  • Utilize CRM and ATS platforms, particularly Kustomer and Fountain.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong follow-up skills with applicants to ensure engagement and retention.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, capable of doing what is necessary to meet supply targets.
  • Ability to switch between tasks, systems, and duties seamlessly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)—especially Kustomer and Fountain.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $20 - $22hr.

This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
