About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager with an architecture and design background to join our Product team. You'll take ownership of key product areas while contributing to our overall product vision and strategy, combining deep domain expertise in architecture with hands-on product execution to drive innovation in our Material Hub platform.
The Work You'll Do
As a Product Manager at Acelab, you'll work at the intersection of architectural expertise and product development:
- Take ownership of assigned features from ideation to launch
- Conduct user research with architects to understand material selection workflows
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic objectives and user needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development
- Conduct competitive analysis of architectural technology platforms
- Deliver product demos and presentations to customers and stakeholders
- Support sales with product expertise during customer meetings
Architecture and Design Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in architecture, design, or construction industry
- Experience with design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM platforms, etc.)
- Understanding of architectural workflows and material specification processes, including experience working with building material manufacturer representatives and/or building product research
OR
Product Management Experience
- 1-3 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience taking products from concept to launch
- Background in architectural technology or communications technology preferred
- Experience with agile development and cross-functional collaboration
Technical and Communication Skills
- Proficiency with product management tools (ClickUp, Figma, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to write detailed product requirements
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Human-Centered Design, or other related fields. Professional licensure or certification is a plus
- Experience at architecture firms or design consultancies
- Background in construction technology or architectural software
- Familiarity with BIM, sustainability standards, and building codes
- Interest in emerging architectural technologies, such as AI-assisted research and design
